30 days, no drama — here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn, unwashed item with its tags still attached.
How to return
Head to Track order, enter your order ID, and choose "Start a return". We'll arrange a free pickup from your address.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour instead? Choose exchange rather than refund during the return request, subject to stock availability.
What can't be returned
Innerwear, accessories marked final sale, and any item without its original tags can't be accepted back for hygiene and quality reasons.
